La iglesia se organiza mediante una gran nave única de cinco tramos, rematada con un ábside poligonal. La nave se cubre con bóveda de cañón. A los lados de la nave se abren una serie de capillas edificadas entre finales del siglo XV y 1788. Este abanico cronológico tan grande hacen que la iglesia sea una especie de compendio de todos los estilos que se dieron en Castilla desde finales del siglo XV hasta finales del siglo XVIII. Lo más destacado de esta iglesia es la interesante fachada a los pies, renacentista, del siglo XVI, con bellas proporciones y buenas esculturas; una torre de gran prestacia, construida durante los siglos XVII y XVIII y una capilla hispano-flamenca terminada en 1492.
