SANTO TOMAS DE CASTILLA, Guatemala (March 18, 2013) U.S. Navy Sailors and Guatemalan Navy Special Forces perform a hip tow maneuver on the water during Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2013. SPS is conducted in the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility and is designed to strengthen civil and maritime capabilities with regional partner nations in the Caribbean and Central and South America.
