Summary[edit]

Description
English: During the STS-57 launch sequence and orbital insertion, the external tank falls toward the Earth after being jettisoned from Endeavour. Visible on the tank are the forward and aft attachment hardware and supports and the propellant feed line. The light blue atmosphere of the Earth and the blackness of space create the backdrop.
