Français : Special Message to the Congress on Urgent National Needs, discours du président des États-Unis, John F. Kennedy, prononcé le 25 mai 1961 devant la Chambre des représentants et le Sénat réunis en session conjointe du Congrès. Il y annonce notamment sa volonté d'envoyer un Américain poser le pied sur la Lune avant la fin des années 1960, ce qu'il confirmera en septembre 1962 dans son discours devant l'université Rice, resté célèbre sous le nom We choose to go to the Moon. L'objectif de Kennedy est finalement atteint en juillet 1969 avec la réussite de la mission Apollo 11.
