Description
English: An azulejo tile describing the history of the civil parish of Lomba da Fazenda, municipality of Nordeste (Azores), Portugal: "Parish of Lomba da Fazenda, 13 February 1925, by the actionsof two great men of the land. Father Francisco Jacinto D'Amaral and Dinis José da Silva. The localities of Lomba da Cruz and Fazenda were deannexed from the parish of São Jorge, passing to construct the parish of Lomba da Fazenda, created by Law 1743. Câmara Municipal do Nordeste. 3 August 1991"
Português: Um azulejo que comemora a história da freguesia da Lomba da Fazenda, concelho do Nordeste, Açores, Portugal: "Freguesia de Lomba da Fazenda a 13 de Fevereiro do 1925 por acção de dois grandes homens desta terra, Padre Francisco Jacinto D'Amaral e Dinis José da Silva, os dois lugares de Lomba da Cruz e Fazenda foram desanexados da freguesia de S. Jorge, passando a constituir a freguesia de Lomba da Fazenda. CMN. 3 de Agosto de 1991"
