Laut Patentamt Dresden: "Egal was darum steht, wie: Meine Oma finde ich super mit dem D in der mitte, ist es trotzdem das und ist patentiert und geschützt. Dynamo Dresden hat sich das gesichert. Sollte es aber nicht zu Streitigkeiten kommen, kann es an der Kulanz liegen. Das darf sich ein Patenteigner auch rausnehmen."

Die SG Dynamo Zinnwald ist ein Verein mit sporthistorischer Gewichtung und daher von Interesse. Das Dynamo Logo ist aber, wie bei Dynamo Dresden von Dynamo Dresden auch geschützt. Man darf es daher zwar schulisch zeigen, zum Unterrichten, aber nicht kommerziell verkaufen. Bei Bayern München ist das Logo auch hier und darf aber nur wegen dem Interesse hier auch hochgeladen werden. Bei RB Leipzig hat man gesagt, dass die historische Gewichtung fehlt und auch Pokal und Meisterschaft und auch gerade international.
