The original finding aid described this as: Description: Exterior view of damage to the Space Shuttle Endeavour (Orbiter Vehicle (OV) 105) Thermal Protection System (TPS) tiles (between the right landing gear door and the external tank disconnect door) taken during a focused inspection using the ISIS (Integrated Sensor Inspection System) Digital Camera (IDC) equipment. Photos taken during the STS-134 mission. Mission managers later cleared Endeavour’s thermal protection system for re-entry.
