Summary[edit]

Description A Russian MV-5 pressure fuze used for booby-trap purposes. As downward pressure is applied to the pressure cap, the spring compresses. When the ball escape recess descends to the level of the striker retaining ball, the ball is pushed into the recess, allowing the stored energy in the spring to push the striker into the percussion cap, which then activates the detonator.
