English: Russia 1918, 23kop uprated 7kop postal stationary. Sent from Moscow to Kuskovo, according the new rate. The postmaster disallowed the stamp of the Romanov series with the Tsar's picture. He crossed out this stamp and applied an oval postage due hand stamp in violet on the front, and wrote 10k tariff. On the reverse another Moscow cancel over the flap indicating a secret censorship.
