Description
English: Russia 1907-12-01, Registered cover sent from St. Petersburg to Jakobstad Finland (Finnish: Pietarsaari). Sender: N.A. Syromyatnikov, Steam Factory (that produced confectionery and other goods). The St. Petersburg postmark dates 1- 12.07 and originates from the 13th post and telegraph office. Dobin & Ratner type 05-13 05, design Ab; double ring with center bar. Usage period 1905-1914. The registration label is numbered 937, and shows an additional manuscript addition '13' to identify the post and telegraph office. Reverse trilingual receiver postmark Jakobstad / Pietarsaari / Якобстад 16 XII 07.)
