Description
English: Army Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar and Missouri Senator Roy Blunt awards Capitol Police Officer Eugene Goodman with the Joint Meritorious Civilian Service Award for his actions to protect lawmakers and others in the Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 attack in Washington D.C., Feb. 25, 2021.
