| Description |
English: Rotting Neeps At first glance I assumed that these were stones in the ruts. However a second look revealed that they are in fact the remains of neeps (swedes) presumably provided as fodder for the sheep during the winter. It looks as if the neeps which fell on the grass have been eaten, but the ones which fell in the water have been left to rot. |
