English: Seven liberal arts. There is no division on trivium and quadrivium. The first page. Above at the left the Grammar punishes the pupil before the whole class (four pupils seem to amuse oneself with the scene). On the right the astronomy is represented as the astronomer, who looks at skies (at the Moon, the Sun and stars) to do his recordings. Below Arithmetics with an abacus and Geometry with a compasses.
Español: Siete artes liberales. No hay división en el trivium y el quadrivium. La primera página. Arriba a la izquierda la Gramática castiga al alumno ante toda la clase (los cuatro alumnos parecen divertirse con la escena). A la derecha la Astronomía es representada como el astrónomo, que mira a los cielos (a la Luna, el Sol y la estrella) para hacer sus grabaciones. Abajo la Aritmética con el ábaco y la Geometría con el compás.
