Description

Samosas are the triangular folded and sealed crepe-like food with stuffing inside. It is deep fried.

The stuffing can be anything - veggie mix, cooked meat, cooked fish, left overs, mash or pastes, sweets, etc.

Samosas and pakoras are fair, farmer market, festive occasion, party food in India.

Above: a samosa under preparation. The stuffing is placed in the center, the dough is folded and sealed to cover the stuffing completely. Then it is fried.
