This ludicrous juxtaposition, where a block of offices has replaced just one half of a pair of semi-detached villas, appears to owe more than bloody-mindedness than any sense of planning. Ironically, you will find Torbay Building Control's offices in Roebuck House (that's the building on the right). On Abbey Road. |
