English:
Saint Roch chapel in Rókus Cemetery. Baroque cemetery chapel built in 1795 replaced former simply chapel and as a 1739 Plague memorial chapel. Single nave, free standing building with gable roof and tower on its west side. On its sout side is a open lobby/arcade?. Statue of St. Sebastian and St. Roch on facade niches. Gravestones outside. General Lázár Mészáros memorial plaque-relief (Erected 1991, Pál Kő) inscription: "In this chapel rests Lázár Mészáros, a native of the city of Baja, 1796-1858, Minister of War of the first independent Hungarian government//The memorial plaque was erected by Margit Szabó of the citizens of the city of Baja, and the Argay and Vojnits families of Proportion, when the hemves of the glorious patriot were placed in Hungarian soil/March 15, 1991 - Inside choir/gallery, frescoes by Sándor Éber Sr. (1941 works). 18th century furniture, Altarpiece painted by Mathias Hanisch (1802), side altar 1755 works, pipe organ by Antal Dangl built in around 1870, remodelled by Angster Organ Company in 1910 - Rókus Street, Rókus neighbourhood, Baja, Bács-Kiskun County, Hungary.

Rókus-temető (máshol Bajnok utcai temető) Bajai Szent Rókus-temetőkápolna. A pestisjárvány (1739) elmúltával épített szerény kápolna helyén 1795-ben épült barokk temetőkápolna (baja.hu), dombon, szabadon álló, keletelt, egyhajós, szegmentíves szentélyzáródású. A szentélyhez D felől nyitott előcsarnokos, újabb sekrestye kapcsolódik. Nyugati homlokzata előtt két pilaszterpárral tagolt, zárópárkánya felett vázákkal és timpanonnal lezárt előcsarnok, a homlokzat szélső tengelyeiben kosáríves záródású szoborfülkék, kisméretű Szent Sebestyén és Szent Rókus szoborral. Csehsüveg boltozatos hajó és szentély, a hajó bejárati oldalán karzat. Falképek: 1941 (id. Éber Sándor). Berendezés: jellemzően 18. század második fele; mellékoltár: 1755. Orgona: 1870 körül (Dangl Antal), átépítve: 1910 (Angster-orgonagyár). A kápolna külső falain 19. századi sírkövek. A lábazatba sírkőveket falaztak, a sekrestye melletti hajófalban, védőtető alatt népies Immaculata és Pietá[1] szobrok valamint Mészáros Lázár-síremlék valójában domborműves emléktábla (Felállítás 1991., Kő Pál) felirata: "E kápolnában nyugszik Baja város szülötte Mészáros Lázár 1796-1858 az első független magyar kormány hadügyminisztere//Az emléktáblát Baja város polgárai negyedi Szabó Margit valamint az arányi Argay és Vojnits családok állították a dicső hazafi hemvainak magyar földbe helyezésekor/1991 március 15" - Műemléki védelem azonosító: 2095, törzsszám: 553 - Bács-Kiskun megye, Baja, Rókus városrész, Rókus utca (1945 után Beloiannisz utca), Deák Ferenc utca, Vasvári Pál utca, helyrajzi szám: 3507/4.
