| Description |
English: Riverside apartments at Yarm Built on the fellmongers site. This industry dealt with the skins of animals. The were washed in the Tees, treated and then taken to the tannery upstream. The whole town smelled awful on a sunny day, the site closed in the 1980's and Yarm is much more fragrant now! |
