| Description |
English: (1 in a multiple picture set) When I saw how the bacteria in the water had turned this overflow to that color, I thought of molten gold. The hot water flowing from the geysers contains thousands of species of bacteria, some new ones being discovered every day. When we see the word bacteria, we think of harmful organisms, but these are benign, and some have been helpful the research of medical solutions. |
