Description Shane Vaughan (11) of Y Berthlog, Trelogan, near Holywell won an 'If I were First Minister' competition organised by the Welsh Assembly Government at the Urdd Eisteddfod in June. One of his prizes was to be a guest of honour at the First Minister's reception at the Royal Welsh Show this week where he had the opportunity to discuss his ideas with the 'real' First Minister Rhodri Morgan.
