Notes
  • Significance: The Reynolds Ranch reflects the subsistence level homesteading that took place within the Lower Delores Valley in the 1930s. Simple in design, the house was constructed in 1934 by Leslie Reynolds who settled the land in anticipation of his retirement from the nearby McPhee lumber town.
