Description
English: Maj. Gen. Rick Erlandson, commanding officer of the 34th Infantry Division "Red Bulls," took the time to greet every returning Soldier as they got off the plane that transported them from Iraq to Volk Field Air National Guard Base in Wisconsin, July 10. The Soldiers are members of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division. The Soldiers had their tour in Iraq extended several months when the troop surge went into effect, setting arecord for consecutive months in a combat zone by any U.S. military unit.
