Español: Portada del número del 3 de febrero de 1917 del periódico mexicano El Universal. De esta portada, destaca un pequeño aviso ubicado en la esquina inferior izquierda, escrito en letras rojas, cuyo título dice "Mañana publicaremos el texto íntegro de la nueva Constitución". La Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos de 1917, aún vigente, fue firmada el día 31 de enero y promulgada el 5 de febrero, un día después de ser publicada en el periódico.
English: Front page of the February 3, 1917 issue of the Mexican newspaper El Universal. Of the contents of this page, a small announcement located at the bottom-left corner, written with red text, stands out. Its title says "Tomorrow we will publish the entire text of the new Constitution." The Political Constitution of the United Mexican States of 1917, still in force, was signed on January 31 and approved on February 5, a day after the newspaper published it.
