The Supervisor visited the schools at regular intervals and lookedover and criticised the work done by the children since iier previousvisit. A lesson was presented either by the Super\ isor or teacher, as thework oi the school seemed to demand. An outline prepared especially and meeting the needs of the teach-ers was given them at the beginning of each month- At the monthlyteachers meeting the work in tiie outline was fully explained ana thework of the past montli criticised. Also a teachers practice lesson wasgiven on wdiatever sul>;ect and medium seemed most needed. The training class, received instruction from the Supervivsor, two aft-<rnoons a month, which was not sufiicient. but it was all the time the-Supervisor had to give them.
