NOTICE: Due to an issue with the original video recording, this particular version of the footage has had audio repairs performed using an audio recording produced by the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). Thus, minor de-sync issues may be present towards the end of the recording due to variances in audio cassette tape speed as opposed to the original betacam video recording.
