Description
English: An emergency siren and stand on top of The Farm Store on Rose Avenue in Ferndale, California. The siren goes off five times for every fire and health emergency, summoning the Volunteer Fire Fighters and warning citizens to watch out for emergency vehicles. It goes off every day at 12 noon for testing and also 7 p.m. each Thursday night at the start of the weekly firefighter's meeting.
