| Description |
English: Red Bank carriage sidings. Abandoned in 1990 after the major switch of services from Manchester Victoria to Piccadilly after the opening of the Windsor Link in 1989. The Manchester loop line for trains to Rochdale (on the right of the sidings) survived for a few more years. For comparison, see photographs from the same spot in 1988 820193 and 2009 804804. |
