Description
Nederlands: De rechten van de mens en van de burger, onder elkaar in 19 artikelen, binnen een ovaal gevormd door een slang die in zijn eigen staart bijt. Boven de Vrijheid en de naakte Waarheid, onderaan het altaar van de Gelijkheid en putti met het vaandel van de Broederschap. Deze Rechten afgekondigd op 21 januari 1795 te Den Haag door de Provisionele Representanten.
Deutsch: Die Rechte des Menschen und des Bürgers, untereinander in 19 Artikel, in einem ovalen von einer Schlange in den Schwanz beißt gebildet. Oberhalb der Freiheit und der nackten Wahrheit, den Boden der Altar der Gleichheit und Putten mit dem Banner der Bruderschaft. Dieses Gesetz verkündet am 21. Januar 1795 in Den Haag von den Provisorische Repräsentanten.
Français : Les droits de l'homme et du citoyen, un sous l'autre en 19 articles, dans un ovale formé par un serpent qui se mord la queue. Au-dessus de la liberté et de la vérité nue, le pied de l'autel de l'égalité et putti avec la bannière de la confrérie. Cette loi promulguée le 21 Janvier 1795 à La Haye par les représentants provisoires.
English: The rights of man and of the citizen, one below the other in 19 articles, within an oval formed by a snake biting its own tail. Above Liberty and the naked truth, at the bottom the altar of Equality and putti with the banner of Brotherhood. These Rights proclaimed on January 21, 1795 in The Hague by the Provisional representatives.
