English: More than 160 soldiers with the 253rd Military Police Company out of Lenior City, Tenn., formed up at Infantry Park to watch thier commander and first sergeant ceremoniously raise the unit's Yellow Banner over Infantry Park signifying the end of training at Army Support Activity-Dix May 22. Franklin, Tenn., resident Capt. Dallas Clements and 1st Sgt. William Barnes from Dayton, Tenn., attached the banner to the lanyard which will raise it above the park where it will fly until the unit returns from its police transition team mission in Wasit province, Iraq. |
