Description AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy-- Miss USA, Rachel Smith, speaks during a USO holiday show held for the Aviano community, Dec. 22, 2007. Navy Adm. Michael G. Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, arrived in Aviano early Saturday afternoon from down range, bringing entertainers and celebrities Robin Williams, Lewis Black, Kid Rock, Lance Armstrong, Rachel Smith, the reigning Miss USA, and Ronan Tynan an Irish Tennor on the Chairman's United Service Organizations Holiday tour.
