Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Sâncel, potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, împărţit în 3 câmpuri. În câmpul din dreapta sus, pe fond albastru, se află un cap de vită de aur. În câmpul din stânga sus, pe fond albastru, se află o carte deschisă şi o pană de argint şi o călimară. În câmpul din partea inferioară, pe fond roşu, se află un ciorchine de strugure cu două frunze de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Cartea şi pana amintesc de Timotei Cipariu, erudit ardelean, născut în satul Pănade. Capul de vită şi ciorchinele de strugure reprezintă ocupaţiile locuitorilor, creşterea animalelor şi viticultura. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
