Description
English:
Former Szélcsend Villa and Lujza Guesthouse. Built to (or 1st owner?) Pál Nessi, lawyer. Later owned by the Polnay family, then became the mill owner Richard Schmidt. The Lujza Guesthouse owned by wine wholesaler, Lajos Zerkovitz. In 2021 Hotel Anna Villa, Building complex part of its: the Vilma buildingremodelled in 2006 and Anna House connected with a skyway. Also on the plot the Mária Villa (east building). Listed. View from Kvassay Promenade - 9 Rákóczi Ferenc Street, Balatonföldvár, Somogy County, Hungary.
