Description
Azərbaycanca: Sulutda quzuqarnı (yaxud digər adı ilə koman və liğiti) göbələyi. Yeməlidir. Sadəcə müqayisə üçün deyim ki quzu ətindən bahadır...kilosu təzə-təzə çıxanda 100 manat olur. Digər göbələklərdən fərqi ildə 1 dəfə yalnız yaz fəslində yetişməsidir. Meşədə, xüsusilə qovaq ağaclarının altında yetişən quzuqarnının yığılması heç də asan deyil. 7 növü olan bitkinin özünəməxsus bir sıra əlamətləri də var. Bitkinin yığılması və tapılması əziyyətli olsa da, alıcısı boldur. Çünki insan orqanizmi üçün faydalı olan quzuqarnı minbir dərdin dərmanıdır. Vur-tut 20-25 gün ömrü olan quzuqarnını istixana şəraitində yetişdirmək qeyri-mümkündür. Bitkinin konservləşdirilmiş halda satışı da yoxdur.Biz sarı növünə təsadüf etdik. Xalq təbabətində qan xəstəliklərinin müalicəsi üçün istifadə olunur. Bundan əlavə göbələyin bu növü gözlər üçün də faydalı hesab olunur.
