Description
Italiano: Ideate circa nel 1910, le cartoline ben rappresentano quanto il governo fosse restio a concedere spazio alle donne all'interno del Parlamento (i malumori portarono al funesto episodio del Black Friday, di lì a poco). Al contrario delle prime tre, la quarta cartolina auspica una riconciliazione dei due sessi per il bene dello Stato britannico. "This is the House that Man built" si riferisce, di volta in volta, o al Parlamento britannico o al carcere di Holloway, dove molte suffragette vennero imprigionate.
