(G) Localización de ParameciumProteínas TZ.

Imágenes EM representativas de la inmunolocalización de las diferentes proteínas de fusión GFP reveladas por anticuerpos anti-GFP en amarillo.

Paneles izquierdos: vistas longitudinales. Paneles inferiores derechos: secciones transversales de BB a nivel de la placa axosómica. Paneles superiores derechos: diagramas BB que recapitulan la localización de cuentas de oro.
Todas estas proteínas, aunque ocupan diferentes diámetros en vistas transversales, se localizan al nivel de la placa axosómica indicada por una punta de flecha negra.
TMEM107, proteína transmembrana 107;
TMEM216, proteína transmembrana 216;
CEP290, proteína centrosomal de 290 kDa;
