Summary[edit]

Description
English: Electron density for hydrogen atoms, in a protein crystal structure at very high resolution. Gray contours are 2Fo-Fc electron density for the heavier atoms; blue contours are Fo-Fc difference-density showing the hydrogens on tyrosine 13 of rubredoxin at 0.69Å resolution (PDB file 1XK4). Dotted line marks the hydrogen bond between the OH hydrogen and a nearby oxygen atom. Image screen-captured from the KiNG graphics program.
