English: Signed by John B. Sturt; witnessed by Wiliam Stuart; Note on verso for partial payment dated 1812 Mar. 31. Signed, Prospect K. Robbins; Includes typed transcript; Prospect K. Robbins was a surveyor who was sent by the General Land Office in 1815 to establish the initial survey point for the Louisiana purchase land.
