| Description |
English: A view along Princeton Avenue in Amherst, New York looks through the Princeton Court Apartments to the southern horizon, on which is visible several of the taller buildings on the South Campus of the University at Buffalo, namely Goodyear Hall at left and Kimball Tower at right. The Princeton Court Apartments themselves are a 63-building, 304-unit complex of terraced townhouse apartments that was built in 1950 by developer Howard Winship following the principles of the then-popular Garden City movement (ads from the era tout not only the up-to-date amenities but also the "pleasant, clean, healthful surroundings"). They are now owned and operated by MJ Peterson Real Estate. As seen in March 2022. |
