Pearson's correlation coefficients are 0·96 (99% CI 0·95–0·96) for the internal test dataset from institution A, 0·97 (0·96–0·97) for the internal test dataset from institution B, and 0·95 (0·95–0·95) for the external test dataset from institution C.
