Summary[edit]

Description
English: Internals of a North American power strip. The metallic contacts are (from left to right): live, ground, neutral. Note the too short ground (protective earth) wire, but the safety rules say: "Zero and ground should interrupt last". Ground installs first and uninstalls last always.
