The dual matrix below shows the single binary digits of each number.
The binary matrix on the left corresponds to Zhegalkin permutation Ж2 (row 2 of Sloane'sA197819).
Each binary matrix is a stretch of its neighbor to the left (i.e. the left half is doubled, and the right half is lost).

Each row in the binary matrices is marked as the row number of a binary Walsh matrix.
