日本語: 学生時代に愛用していたPowerBook Duo230。
これで卒論書いたっけ。中古で買ったけれど当時でも高かったなぁ。 バックライト交換とか色々とやったなぁ。その過程でボディ色も緑に塗装してみたり、金に塗装してみたり、赤に塗装してみたり、、、と色々やったっけ。ちなみに液晶側も塗装したんですが、壊れてストックパーツに換装。それで上記の妙なツートンカラーになっている。よくやったな、こんなこと。・・・若いって素晴らしい（苦笑）。 CPU:68030にスッゴイ憧れて買った。だって68030っていったらNeXT Cubeに搭載されていたんだもの（68030/25MHz）。このDuo230は68030/33MHzだったから、この小さな中でCPUは初代Next Cubeを越えたのか！と実に感慨深かった。 そーいえば、その昔、Duo-Zoneなるユーザー会に入っていたのを思い出す。 www.powerbook.org/duo-zone-e/ これはすっごい名機だったなぁ。 そしてあの頃、テクノロジーって凄い楽しかったなぁ〜。 （・・・いや、いまでも十分に楽しんでいるんですが、昨今の進化は早すぎでチョット）English: PowerBook Duo 230 (1993) |
