Description
Français : Poudadouire (du verbe provençal poudar, exprimant l'action de tailler la vigne), « espèce de serpe à double tranchant : le plus grand fait angle droit avec le manche ; l'autre, placé au bout d'un talon plus étroit, a une direction parallèle au manche. Le premier tranchant est celui avec lequel on taille, le second sert à abattre les sarments qui ont pris naissance au pied de la souche, et à couper les chicots. [...] ...cet instrument est plus expéditif et d'un maniement moins dangereux que la serpette.
