Post Medieval - Buckle - figure of eight
Description
English: A cast copper alloy post medieval figure of eight buckle circa late 17th century. The buckle has a 'D' shaped profile with a simple cast chevron and pin rest grove at one end with small knops to each end of the central bar. The surface has some dark green patina but is largely eroded to a mottled green/brown finish.
