Post-medieval belt mount
Description
English: A cast copper alloy harness or strap / belt mount or stud. The mount has a sub-square face with gilded chevron style cross through the centre, and each resulting quarter has an 'x' within a box. The reverse of the mount has an integrally cast shank. This mount probably dates to the Post-medieval period, c. 16th to 17th century.
