English: Ponte Ferroviária da Mariazinha, vista a partir do Morro da Mariazinha, na grande enchente do rio Caí de 1928. Ponte ferroviária de ferro em estilo francês construída entre 1909 e 1910 como parte do projeto de ferrovias ligando as cidades de Santa Maria, Uruguaiana, Caxias do Sul e os estados do Paraná e de São Paulo com a capital gaúcha. Ao fundo, parte do Morro São João no canto superior esquerdo e, à direita, o Morro da Formiga. A ponte foi demolida na década de 1960 após a desativação da ferrovia (datas desconhecidas). |
