English: Pont y Pandy Pont y Pandy means 'fulling house bridge' and refers to a nearby fulling mill and not to the Ty Mawr Ynyspandy slate slab mill. The bridge spans Afon Henwy which flows from Llyn Cwmystradllyn to merge with Afon Dwyfor at Dolbenmaen.
