Participam: representando o comandante do Exército, general de Exército Eduardo Dias da Costa Villas Bôas, chefe do Departamento de Ciências e Tecnologia, general de Exército Sinclair Mayer; ministro do Superior Tribunal Militar, José Barroso Filho; Signatário da presente sessão pelo Senado Federal, senador Wellington Fagundes (PR-MT); Signatário da presente sessão pela Câmara dos Deputados, deputado federal, Nilson Leitão (PSDB-MT); Representando do Ministério da Defesa, chefe de Assuntos Estratégicos do Ministério da Defesa, general de Exército Gerson Menandro Garcia de Freitas; neto do Marechal Cândido Mariano da Silva Rondon, Almanzor Meirelles Rondon.
