Belle Vue Park. This unofficial notice has been placed on the gates. There is some local annoyance at not being allowed to do a daily local exercise in the park. Cardiff, which is a neighbouring authority does not have any such prohibition. The notice states: RE: CLOSURE OF BELEVUE PARK THE NATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CLOSE PARKS IS NOT APPLICABLE IN WALES. THE DECISION HERE IS DELEGATED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.
