A luxurious building from 1928, founded by the Arab-Christian Saba El Araj. The front is decorated with handmade ceramic tiles, along with initials name SL. The Herling-Warszewski Hotel operated there until 1966 and now is used for residence

Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_71940_20200921_162815_2_2.jpg Notes: בניין מפואר בן שלוש קומות שהקים הערבי-נוצרי סאבא אל-אערג ב- 1928. החזית מהלני המלכה מקושטת באריחי קרמיקה בעבודת יד. אליעזר דב הרלינג בן למשפחת מלונאים שכר את הבניין יחד עם הבית ביפו 36 והפכו למלון בשם הרלינג-ורשבסקי. המלון שינה את מיקומו ושמו מספר פעמים עד הגיעו לכתובת הנוכחית. לא היה לו קשר למלון ורשבסקי רון שברחוב יפו 44. כאן התאכסנו מפקדי הצבא הבריטי פקידי המנדט ועסקנים יהודיים כמו בן-גוריון בן-צבי אשכול וגולומב והתקיימו בו ישיבות וכינוסים. המלון פעל עד 1966 וכיום משמש למגורים.
