Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_63123_IMG_20200311_113938.jpg Notes: ב 1925 ערכה תנועת המזרחי מגבית ובינואר 1925 נערך טקס הנחת אבן פינה לבית הספר תחכמוני. הוא נמכר לבנק המזרחי. עיריית תל אביב רכשה את המקום תוך הבטחה שהמבנה ישמש רק לחינוך דתי. בית הספר כלל ארבע עשרה שנות לימוד, בחטיבה יסודית ותיכונית. נלמדו בו מקצועות היהדות, ולימודים כלליים. ניהלו אביו של דוד רזיאל. בתקופת המחתרות שימש בית הספר כמחסן נשק ומרכז אימוני ההגנה. הסליק נמצא על ידי הבריטים. בפברואר 1948 התמלא בית הספר בפליטים משכונות ספר של תל אביב ששיבשו את הלימודים. תחכמוני נסגר בשנות ה-70. ויקיפדיה.
